What is a process service?

As written by www.courtinfo.ca.gov, a process service is:
when someone - not you or anyone else listed in this case - gives a copy of your court papers to the person,
business, or public entity you are suing. Service lets the other party know:
-What you are asking for,
-When and where the trial will be, and
-What they can do.

There are strict rules for serving court papers.
To read the rules, see: California Code of Civil Procedure sections 116.330, 16.340, 16.360, 415.20, 415.95 and 416.10-416.90.
Gotcha 24 Process Serving holds these rules and the right to Due Process in the highest regard.  Therefore, we have devised a system that allows us to make sure that you and your documents get treated properly.

• Status updates will be given after the 2nd and 4th attempts. Final update will be given within 24hrs of service completion.

We guarantee prompt, efficient service at both the local and national levels. In addition, our highly qualified staff, remains on continual call in order to answer your questions and to furnish you with an up-to-the-minute status report when requested. Our clients are notified immediately when the addresses supplied prove to be invalid

Gotcha 24 Process Service was formed in March of 2004 by Erik Hughes. Working out of his home, Erik started to cultivate clients and to actually serve process himself. Recently in July of 2013, Mr. Hughes has expanded his operations to various surronding cities and counties and serving the Administration of Justice one filing at a time. In the event that you need service, we are available 24 hours a day.
